This 40-45 minute strength-focused session targets your full body, with different emphasis and focus blocks each month to keep things fresh, progressive, and fun! We recommend aiming for three of these strength sessions a week to see those ultimate gains and feel your strongest. 💪🏽

STRONG AF

A quick and energizing 20-30 minute bodyweight HIIT workout you can crush from anywhere. Whether you're short on time, traveling, or need to sneak in some cardio, High Energi HIIT is your go-to. Fun, fast, and effective—this one’s a game changer!🙌🏽

HIGH ENERGI HIIT

A fast and fiery 20-30 minute conditioning session that gets your heart pumping, body moving, and confidence soaring! This workout blends the strength of Strong AF with the intensity of High Energi HIIT, featuring functional movements that spike your heart rate and give you a serious pump. You’ll also tackle bodyweight exercises for an added challenge. Full Bawdy Mami is the perfect complement to your Strong AF sessions. 👊

meet our founders

I’m Nay, Co-Founder and Head Coach of Energi. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry—whether it’s sales, front desk, training, or leadership—I’ve done it all. My passion is all about redefining strength and helping women feel confident in every area of their lives by embracing the hard stuff. 💪

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, PN Level 1 Nutrition Coach, NASM Behavior Change Specialist, and soon-to-be Certified Functional Strength Coach, and I’m here to bring you those gains right from the comfort of your home.

After going through my own fitness transformation, I made it my mission to be a light for other women who feel lost in their fitness journey, insecure in their bodies, and disconnected from what they see online. With my raw, unfiltered, and realistic approach, I’m here to help you feel seen, confident in your body and the dumbbells, and supported by a community of women just like you.

hey energi family! It’s your girl adriana, better known as aj. I’m the co-founder as well as all things creative! your backend chick who helps make everything run as seamless as possible so you can have a phenomenal experience here at the energi club.

a few fun facts about me so you can learn who I am. Once an athlete, always an athlete, I’ve had the OPPORTUNIty to play professional basketball in puerto rice and I’ve coached for well over 10 years both in college and high school. all things considered, I am also your hype girl. I may get a little deep with my empowering messages, just know I want to see you become the greatest version of yourself each in every day, no matter the adversity faceD, no matter the environment, I strive to motivate your work, inspire your daily thoughts and most of all empower that energi within.
